Our stick flags are printed on a smooth poly-cotton or Nylon material! These American stick flags use poly-cotton material and staple mounted to a wooden dowel that is either 5/16" or 3/8" in diameter!

How long will these stick flags last?
We have seen stick flags last anywhere from 1 season to 4 years depending on a few factors. Some people will only display their stick flags for specific seasons or holidays and won't have them out year round. This will drastically improve the lifespan of the stick flags. Other factors like the wind, UV radiation exposure and rain will dramatically change the lifespan of the stick flag as well.

How do these stick flags fit in the grave markers you sell?
Stick flags are not required for the grave markers to work effectively, but they slide perfectly into the back top section of any grave marker we sell. When you get your grave marker, you will see a threaded hole for the metal rod to securely twist into as well as an unthreaded top hole to place a stick flag if you so choose!

How do you get the flag on the stick?
All of our stick flags are staple mounted to the dowels or plastic stick that they come assembled with. We have found this gives it the most secure attachment for the size and shape of the product.

Hello - this flag is the standard size for most grave markers but it really does depend on the particular grave marker that you have.

- Quality Wood, Fabric and Hemming that meets my Seamstress Expectations.This is the second group of Flags that I purchased. The first group of five are in a Wooden Stand my husband made for the Five Branches of the U. S. Armed Forces. This second group are going into poles in the ground so that they can withstand the high winds (25-45 mph) which we get in our valley. These flags are made with good workmanship and fabric. The wood and tops are good quality. The pricing is reasonable. The shipping quick. I Bookmarked this page for future purchases. Thanks for making American Flags....MADE IN THE USA!

- Excellent QualityThis is the second time I've ordered these flags from Gettysburg Flag Works. I order in groups of 12. I had several of a different brand that I wanted to replace and did so with these flags. I've almost completely replaced the others and am very happy. We line the edge of our grass in front of the white picket fence to make a patriotic statement. I love these flags.
