Custom Flag Options: How We Make Our Custom Flags and Banners

We offer a full variety of custom flag production methods, ranging from screen-printed to fully hand sewn:

• Fully appliqued flags give a look and feel that is second to none. User-operated machines and hand-sewing combine to create the most fully customized flags, capturing the most detail and bringing your design to life piece by hand-stitched piece. With an applique custom flag, each piece of the design is layered in nylon on top of the base layer, so that you end up with a custom flag that is full of colorful textures and stitches.

• Screen-printed custom flags is another way to take advantage of economy of scale. Most commonly used with relatively simple color designs, screen printing is like stenciling a flag with ink over and over again, so it's great to use when you are looking for a mass-produced flag with a relatively simple design.

• Fully embroidered custom flags are an amazing and often times very unique (as well as costly) flag style. With an embroidered flag we take the flag design and have the layout digitized so it can be read by our embroidery machines. Once that is completed, the machines are loaded and begin stitching out your design. The embroidery process is complex and can be limited by the overall size of the design as well as the number of stitches needed.

• Digital printed custom flags are great when you have a design that is very colorful and detailed but you are looking for a more economical choice than applique or embroidery. Modern printed flags reproduce photograph-quality images on fabric and utilize UV-rated inks that resist fading. Technology is evolving so rapidly that soon digital printing may make screen printing completely obsolete.
