My husband'd folded flag measures 9x22 = I cannot get a frame to fit. Before I order a fag, do I have to have it refolded? I assume the frame on the display is black. He is a navy veteran. I am very frustrated - I hope you can assist me.

Plastic instead of glass like yours, was damaged upon arrival and on top of that the flag was never going to fit inside. I just received yours and it’s truly how things should be made, and packaged. - Very satisfiedVery happy with this product. It is very well made and beautiful. My Dad's casket flag fits it perfectly and it looks wonderful sitting on the piano. It has some minor nicks/scratches from the shipping process, but that is not the fault of Gettysburg Flag Works, that is on the post office. The Navy emblem adds just the right, respectful touch! I would definitely recommend this company and this product.
