The standard is 3x5' considering a house/business mount pole or a 20-25' in-ground flagpole. Larger in-ground poles will typically use a larger - 4x6' - flag.

- Flag impressionAt first, from how the Historical California flag I bought felt, I was slightly concerned how the nylon this flag was made from was not quite the same; I could only guess due to the 2 piece assembly of it and the color of the material was cause for stiffness that gave me the impression of inferior material. Nevertheless I felt while different from the image, it did not detract.
